Text of the provision
Art. 666. Every part-owner of a party wall may use it in proportion to the right he may have in the co-ownership, without interfering with the common and respective uses by the other co-owners.

What this article means
Each part-owner may use the party wall in proportion to his share in the co-ownership. That use must not interfere with the common and respective uses the other co-owners make of the same wall.
