Our Firm
Founded by Atty. Adrian Vivas and Atty. Shane Nobles, our law office was built on the belief that every Filipino deserves clear, honest, and accessible legal counsel — especially in life's most sensitive matters.
We specialize in family law and annulment proceedings, property and title transfers, labor disputes, corporate retainer services, litigation, and administrative law. Based in Quezon City, we serve clients across Metro Manila and beyond.
Our Team
Founding Partner
With over seven years of active legal practice spanning the full breadth of litigation and corporate legal work, Atty. Vivas has established himself as one of the more versatile and battle-tested lawyers of his generation — a strategist in the conference room, a fighter in the courtroom, and a trusted counsel to the businesses and individuals who rely on him.
Atty. Vivas was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018.
Junior Partner — Vivas & Vivas Law Office (2021)
As junior partner of Vivas & Vivas Law Office, Atty. Vivas oversees the firm's litigation and corporate practice, developing case strategies, managing client relationships, drafting and reviewing pleadings and legal documents, and appearing before courts and government agencies. Under his leadership, the firm has handled a wide and demanding caseload across multiple areas of law, serving clients who demand not just competence, but results.
Associate Lawyer — Calinisan Domino & Beron Law Office (November 2018 – December 2020)
Before founding his own firm, Atty. Vivas honed his craft as an associate at Calinisan Domino & Beron Law Office, where he conducted legal research, drafted and filed pleadings, and appeared in hearings before courts and government agencies — building the rigorous litigation foundation that defines his practice to this day.
Legal Assistant — Leynes and Vivas Law Office (May 2013 – October 2016)
Atty. Vivas began his legal career at Leynes and Vivas Law Office, immersing himself early in the discipline of legal research and the practical demands of litigation support — an apprenticeship that instilled in him the work ethic and attention to detail that have carried him throughout his career.
Atty. Vivas has managed and handled the entire litigation lifecycle — from case inception to final resolution — across criminal, civil, and labor matters. On the criminal side, he has handled cases involving Murder, B.P. 22, Acts of Lasciviousness, Unjust Vexation, Falsification of Public Documents, Theft, and Estafa. On the civil side, his docket has included Annulment, Recovery of Possession, Recognition of Divorce, Partition, Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage, Annulment of Contract, Expropriation involving a property valued at Seventy Million Pesos (₱70,000,000.00), Actions for Sum of Money, and Settlement of Estates. In the labor arena, he has represented companies in illegal dismissal cases, consistently advocating for the protection of legitimate management prerogatives.
Beyond the courtroom, Atty. Vivas has a robust corporate practice, having managed legal retainers for a diverse portfolio of companies spanning manpower agencies, engineering firms, airlines, BPO companies, security agencies, food packaging companies, car parts manufacturers, food manufacturers, importers, contractors, and transport companies. His corporate work encompasses business incorporation and compliance, AMLC registration, and PCAB registration, among others — making him a reliable one-stop counsel for businesses navigating the demands of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Atty. Vivas believes that the privilege of the Bar carries with it a duty to give back. He actively mentors newly admitted lawyers, coaching bar passers on trial procedures and courtroom practice — investing in the next generation of the profession with the same seriousness he brings to his own cases.
In Atty. Adrian N. Vivas, clients find more than legal representation — they find a lawyer who has seen the inside of enough courtrooms, boardrooms, and government offices to know exactly what it takes to protect their interests and advance their cause. He does not wait for opportunities to present themselves. He creates them — methodically, relentlessly, and always in service of the people who trust him with what matters most.
Founding Partner
There are lawyers who know the law — and then there are lawyers who command it. Atty. Nobles belongs firmly in the latter category. A lawyer, advocate, and seasoned communications professional, she brings to the practice of law a rare and formidable combination: the analytical precision of a trained legal mind and the persuasive power of a professional wordsmith. Every case she handles, every document she drafts, and every argument she advances bears the mark of someone who does not merely practice law — she wields it.
Atty. Nobles earned her Juris Doctor degree from Centro Escolar University (2020). She holds a Bachelor in Integrated Arts — majoring in Communication — from the University of Makati (2012), where she distinguished herself as a Dean's Lister and university scholar. This degree, rooted in the theory and practice of professional communication, gave her an early and enduring command of language, narrative, and persuasion — the very tools that lie at the heart of effective legal advocacy. Well before she drafted her first pleading, she had already been trained to communicate with purpose, precision, and impact.
During her law school years, Atty. Nobles demonstrated exceptional leadership, serving as Vice President for External Affairs of her law school organization and as Head of the Academics Committee for Bar Operations — roles that speak to her capacity to lead, organize, and mentor even before she was admitted to the Bar.
She passed the Philippine Bar Examinations (2020/2021) and the Civil Service Examinations (Professional Level, 2017).
Managing Partner — PANM Law Offices, Makati City (2022–2023)
As Managing Partner at PANM Law Offices, a Makati-based firm, Atty. Nobles bore full responsibility for the firm's direction and client relations — counseling clients, crafting litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and legal documents, and standing as her clients' advocate before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. She rendered legal opinions and advice across diverse areas of law, earning the trust of clients who needed not just a lawyer, but a steadfast ally in navigating complex legal terrain.
Information Officer — City Government of Makati (2014–2021)
Years before she was called to the Bar, Atty. Nobles was already in service — spending seven formative years as Information Officer at the City Government of Makati, one of the Philippines' most dynamic local government units. There, she gave voice to the city's leadership, crafting speeches for the mayor, vice mayor, district representatives, and senior city officials, and writing press releases, media advisories, and newsletters that shaped public discourse at the local level.
Beyond communications, Atty. Nobles took an active role in local governance and policymaking, representing her office in special councils and bodies dedicated to the most pressing social concerns — among them the Council Against Poverty, the Gender and Development Council, and the Council for the Welfare of Children. Through these engagements, she contributed directly to the formulation and implementation of policies that touched the lives of Makatizens, giving her a firsthand understanding of how law and policy operate at the ground level.
Atty. Nobles is a formidable presence in the courtroom, equally at home on either side of the aisle. Whether prosecuting a case with methodical precision or mounting a vigorous defense on behalf of her clients, she approaches every hearing with thorough preparation, sharp legal instinct, and the composure of a seasoned litigator. Her ability to construct a compelling theory of the case — and to dismantle the opposing party's — is matched by her facility with procedural rules and the rules of evidence. Clients who entrust her with their cases in court can expect an advocate who fights hard, thinks clearly under pressure, and never loses sight of the result they need.
In Atty. Nobles, clients do not simply retain a lawyer. They gain a relentless advocate whose every skill — honed across years of public service, private practice, and professional communication — is marshaled in pursuit of one singular purpose: to win for them, with integrity, and without apology. She does not merely appear in court or sign documents. She shows up fully — with her intellect, her voice, her experience, and her heart — for every client, in every matter, without exception. That is not just the promise of a lawyer. That is the mark of a true counselor.
