Text of the provision
Art. 1386. Rescission referred to in Nos. 1 and 2 of article 1381 shall not take place with respect to contracts approved by the courts.

What this article means
The rescission for guardian/absentee lesion (Art. 1381 Nos. 1-2) does not apply to contracts approved by the courts.
