Text of the provision
Sec. 12. Enforceability of Protection Orders. – All TPOs and PPOs issued under this Act shall be enforceable anywhere in the Philippines and a violation thereof shall be punishable with a fine ranging from Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) to Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) and/or imprisonment of six
(6) months.

What this section means
Makes all TPOs and PPOs enforceable anywhere in the Philippines. Violating one is punishable by a fine from P5,000.00 to P50,000.00 and/or imprisonment of six (6) months.
