Text of the provision
Sec. 4. Upon the effectivity of this Act, existing wills, bequests, donations, grants, insurance policies and similar instruments containing references and provisions favorable to minors will not retroact to their prejudice.

What this section means
Wills, bequests, donations, grants, insurance policies and similar documents already in existence that contain terms favourable to minors will not be applied backwards to the minor’s prejudice once this Act takes effect.
