Philippine law is public. It is not, however, especially readable — and the places that host it were mostly built two decades ago. We are publishing the codes we practise in, provision by provision: the official text of each article, a plain-language annotation, and the Supreme Court decisions that determine how it is actually read today.

Every provision links to the cases interpreting it and to our commentary on how it works in practice. Articles are added as they are annotated and reviewed by an attorney of the firm.
